Schnappin Deals (bin store) has a NO RETURN policy. The store allow you to inspect your items before purchase. Everything in Schnappin Deals store is Final Sale.
Items marked as “Final Sale” items are not eligible for refunds. Example of Final Sale: Seasonal items, Adult Products, Under Garments, Swimwear, Mystery Box/Bag items, purchases made our Schnappin Deals bin store are not eligible for refunds or returns. Schnappin Deals is not responsible for any Final Sale items or Mystery Boxes erroneously returned.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Orders that are returned without notice will be sent back to you.
Schnappin Deals (online sales) will accept returns of purchased items under the following circumstances:
Returns must be shipped within fifteen (15) days of when the item was delivered to You. Shipping and delivery dates and times will be determined by the records of the carrier service used to ship the item.
All returns will be refunded in full minus a 20% restocking fee. However, if the item you are returning is found to be defective, the 20% fee will be waived.
Upon receipt of a returned item, Schnappin Deals (online sales) will examine it to determine if you are eligible for a refund and will send an email to the address that you provided when purchasing the item to inform you of whether you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase amount through the method of payment You used to purchase the item.
In the event that an item is returned outside of its original, unopened packaging and Schnappin Deals (online sales) finds that the item is not defective, Schnappin Deals (online sales) will refund the purchase amount minus a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
